Another year has gone by and you're not where you want to be in your relationship, career, health, money.
You have read all the books, watched the courses and committed to change. But you still struggle to implement and maintain your efforts at change.

Working online in a small group with people who want to set goals and achieve them. The maximum per 4 week group is 5 people.
Identifying and committing to working on a goal.

Getting the support to learn how to believe in yourself and trust your own inner wisdom.
Learning how your subconscious is formed and how your habits set you up for success and failure.
​
You develop awareness of how your body can create the safe environment to promote change.
You learn proven techniques to make long-term change.
You receive a built in accountability community and personalized support to help keep you going.
You get a one-on-one session with me to help challenge you and reframe your mindset. *EMDR may be recommended and incorporated.
